After descaling the descale light is still on. What should I do?

If the descale light or message on your coffee machine is still on after you have descaled it, it's likely that:

1. You didn’t completely follow the machine’s descaling instructions or it didn't carry them out correctly > complete the descale cycle again and ensure all steps are followed exactly.

2. The machine has not been rinsed with enough water after using the descaling solution > fill the water tank with fresh water to the “max” mark and flush your machine.

3. Your machine has a lot of build-up and limescale > start the descaling process again.
